Chris started Crossfit in 2013 when he was bored of the usual gym routine.
He immediately got hooked on CrossFit because of the ever changing workouts and movements to master. He got his Level 1 Coaching certificate in 2015 before he went overseas to work in the yachting industry. When he got back he began to coach until he decided to realise his dream of opening his own CrossFit. He got his the “Spot the Flaw” certificate which helps coaches to identify common faults in atheletes techniques and to correct them.
He also holds a certificate in “Scaling” which adapts workouts for beginners so that no athlete is left behind. Chris loves to compete and does yoga as way of improving his mobility and flexibility.
Chris’s ‘Why’ for opening a CrossFit is because he wants people to experience what he experienced when he decided to get fit and healthy.
